Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is issued. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing errors or shipping restrictions prevent fulfilment.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in USD with an indicative PKR conversion. The charged amount is the USD price unless otherwise agreed. Wholesale pricing is confirmed in a proforma invoice.
Product information
Weights are net at packing and may vary by up to 2%. Natural products vary in colour and size between harvests. Allergen information is listed on each product page and pack.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's country of residence.
