What we collect
Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order history and — for B2B buyers — company and import details. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prepare export documentation and, where you have opted in, send occasional harvest notes and offers.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with couriers, payment processors and customs authorities. We never sell personal data.
