Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are filled, sealed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Karachi packing house. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery times
Pakistan 1–3 working days. Gulf states 2–4 working days. Europe, UK and North America 3–6 working days by DHL or FedEx express. Sea freight for bulk orders is quoted separately.
Shipping costs
Retail shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Orders over $120 ship free worldwide.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duty or VAT on arrival, payable by the recipient unless a DDP arrangement has been agreed in writing.
