- How fresh are the products when they arrive?
- Boxes are filled and sealed the day they ship. Stuffed dates keep for nine months unopened, and we never ship stock older than one month from packing.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — DHL and FedEx express to most countries in 2–5 working days, with free shipping on retail orders over $120. Bulk orders travel by air or sea freight.
- Are your products Halal certified?
- All products are Halal certified and packed in a HACCP and ISO 22000 certified facility. Certificates are available on request for B2B buyers.
- Can I order in bulk or under my own brand?
- Yes. Our minimum wholesale order is 500 kg and we offer private-label packaging with your artwork. Send an RFQ from the Wholesale page.
- Do you add sugar or preservatives?
- No. Our dried fruits are unsulphured with no added sugar, and stuffed dates contain only dates, nuts and chocolate where stated.
- What is your returns policy?
- Food products cannot be returned once opened, but we replace or refund anything damaged, incorrect or below standard within 7 days of delivery.
